How do I stop the alarm repetition?

You can stop repetition of alarms by answering on received SMS with code word: “IOC ACK XXXX”. XXXX = your four-digit plant number at IWMAC. You can find the plant number by logging in with username and password in the top right corner at iwmac.com. You can also contact our support (e-mail: ioc@iwmac.no/phone: +47 982 50 007).

I want to be called on alarms, how can I arrange this?

Contact IWMAC support (e-mail: ioc@iwmac.no / phone: +47 982 50 007) to activate this service. We filter out nearly 90% of your alarms if you use our AlarmMonitoring service.

Who do I contact when I get an alarm I don't understand?

Reach out to your refrigeration service partner. If the alarm is about ventilation, reach out to your ventilation service partner. You will find a list with contact information under “Tilgangsliste” on your IWMAC profile.

How can I temporarily stop alarms?

You can temporarily stop alarms when you are logged in through the top right corner at iwmac.com. Under the “Alarminnstillinger” tab, click on the option “Block alarm dispatch”. It is important that this function gets deactivated when you no longer want to stop the alarms. If you use our AlarmMonitoring service, reach out to us at +47 982 50 007 so we can schedule a time interval for a temporary pause of alarms.

What is CheckPoint?

CheckPoint is an app where you can log temperature checks and insert different tasks. Read more about Checkpoint here.

I get the error message: "error, unable to connect to plant"

If this error message is displayed, it means that IWMAC has lost contact with your local IWMAC computer. It could be that your computer is turned off, or that the network connection is down. We recommend that you try a restart of your PC, and that you do a check on your computer’s network connection. Don’t hesitate to call our support phone for assistance (24/7): +47 982 50 007.

How do I download IWMAC’s app?

We do not have an app for IWMAC Basic. You log in through the top right corner on our website: iwmac.com.

How do I change the overview layouts?

You can send a mail to ioc@iwmac.no and tell us about the changes you want to be done. You will then receive a price estimate from us.
